but NOW i wish that Aere will NOT be here... as friday will be the *** first *** show for this year's acm summer concerts... so pls pls pls don't come...

the finale... the conference comes to an end...

with unending praises... with a very powerful sermon... giving a challenge to all Christ followers - to live out our faith... to live out our Christ-like lives... no more talking but act it out... show our faith in action!

ywc - day 4...

meeting ppl is always exciting... meeting ppl with the same vision as u do is a real blessing... coz we can share and pray for each other... but u will find that our situations and needs may be just exactly the same... so bro/sis from all over the world: let's live out our lives... coz Jesus Christ is the life - LIVE!

here is a story i wanna share with u... this is a testimony of a pastor in india... he comes from a little village in india... they are not rich and have a very very very tight budget (no $$$) indeed... but why and how he can have enough $$$ for attending the conference, esp $$$ for flight ticket... bro/sis from his church raised fund for him so that he can come... wah... isn't it amazing... Hallelujah~~~

have learnt so many things in these few days... will take me some times to sit down, think and re-think... may the Lord give me insight... give me vision... give me faith and courage to take up the challenge... and be His REAL disciple...

tmr will be the closing celebration... the last 2.5 hours for "charging the battery"... thx God...

ywc - day 3...

my list of new friends is getting longer and longer... more from the united states, australia, india... and more from taiwan (taipei and taitung as well)... will soon be running out of memory for all these new names... =p i have also met some old, old friends there...

back to the conference itself... the whole thing is just like a party... all the time praise the Lord... by all means... in different languages... we party... party and party... but we are NOT party-ing for ourselves... we party for Jesus... Hallelujah...

woh... have to sleep now... otherwise will not have enough energy for tmr's challenges... yeah~!

ywc - day 2...

meeting, meeting and meeting so many ppl today... from uk, norway, danmark, united states, bahamas, india, china, taiwan and hongkong... wooooooooh... dunno how many ppl i would know after the conference...

we shared our difficulties in mobilising youth ministry in our countries... and we prayed for each other... what a wonderful fellowship time we have had... thank you Jesus... thank you, thank you so much... ^^

p.s. there should be about 3,000-something attendees... rather than 2,000 i reported yesterday...

ywc - day 1...

the opening ceremony / celebration is great... there are about 2000 christians from different parts of the world praising God together... the REAL worship is over there... all the seminars and workshops will start tmr... so let's see what's going on next...

ooops... have i introduced the theme of the conference so far... sorry i missed that... this year's theme is "Jesus Christ is the life... LIVE!"

cas x ywc...

back from the cas 2004 music camp...

last year i visited... but it was just a one-day camp (coz of sars)... this time it is a really "camp" - from friday nite to sunday nite... a total of 2 days and 4 hours: full of music-related matters...

have met so many talented christian musicians: many are famous in the industry indeed... learnt so much from different workshops: from conducting to church music history, from leading worship to group singing... thx God for having dr martin chien (from taiwan) as the keynote speaker: what a genius scholar, pastor, composer, musician...

so i will keep on dreaming... but finding the way leading to "dream come true"...

keep on the momentum as more is coming...

ywc - 14th baptist youth world conference... starting from wed evening till sun morning... a conference of youth, for youth, and about youth... longing for that... meeting ppl from all over the world... with the vision and mission for youth ministry... yeah yeah yeah~~~
