home hunt - finale...

yup... home hunting again... it is neither taiwai nor diamond hill... indeed it is out of our targeted area - jubilee garden @ fotan...

actually the agent calls this afternoon regarding a new rental apartment with nice offer... it is marked 8,500 for 623 sq ft... so he urges us to pay a visit... but SW will have treatment after work... so i can only go there alone...

as descibed by the agent, the apartment is really good... having two bedrooms... one hugh living/dinning room... and half furnished (4 ft bed, 2 x closets, makeup table & open shelves etc.)... it is spacious & quite... really fitting our needs... the agent says he could check if 8,000 was acceptable for the landlord... we might even try 7,500, if we were lucky...

later in the evening (well, it is already 10pm)... i request another visit and go with SW this time... both of us find this wonderful... then the agent tries bargaining for us... and the rental is reduced to 7,500... we accept the offer and here is the deal...

we have been postponing our home hunting as we have too different perference and consideration in it... and we don't wanna argue... so wait until 4 months ahead of our wedding... we have it started... now with only a week and a few days more, we have got our "home"... God, indeed, has prepared a great place for us...

here we go... our new home... and we will collect the key next week...
